How can I request a Caché Visa Card?

Apply online or call 800-808-1059 to request your card.

How can I check the status of my application?

Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) may be needed to validate.

How long will it take to receive my card?

You will receive notification of the status of your application within 7 to 10 business days.

Can I use the Caché Visa Card only for purchases at Caché?

You can use the Caché Visa Card everywhere you shop. Since it features the Visa logo, it's accepted anywhere that takes Visa credit cards.

Can I use the Caché Visa Card to get cash from ATMs?

Yes, you can use the Caché Visa Card to get cash instantly at ATMs that accept Visa credit cards.

Is the APR competitive?

The APR is competitive for credit cards that offer rewards. You pay no interest^† when you pay your bill in full by the payment due date each month.

Can I access my Caché Visa Card account online?

Yes. You can access your Caché Visa card account from any Internet-enabled computer. With just a few clicks, view your balance, your charges and more. You can pay your Caché Visa bill quickly online and set up customized account alerts to notify you of important account activity.

Do I get special savings with the Caché Visa Card?

Yes! As a cardmember, you automatically become a Caché Accents^TM member and save 5%¹ on all purchases you make with the card at Caché, Caché Luxe^® and cache.com. It's like your own private sale...every time you enter the store!

Exclusive rewards

Do I earn rewards with the Caché Visa Card?

Yes! You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend when you use the Caché Visa Card at Caché, Caché Luxe and cache.com. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on all non-Caché purchases everywhere Visa cards are accepted. You also get 1,000 points automatically with your first purchase².

How do I use my rewards points?

Once you reach 2,500 reward points, you will automatically be sent a $25 Caché gift card. It's good at Caché, Caché Luxe and cache.com.

How do purchase returns affect my reward balance?

The points from all returns credited to your Caché Visa Card account will be deducted from your reward point balance.

How can I find out how many rewards points I have?

You will receive a quarterly statement showing the points you have earned or that have been redeemed for Caché gift cards. To check your balance between statements, call 888-229-8864.

How can I download files or view my online statements using Internet Explorer version 8?

Users that are unable to download files or view online statements should change the 'Do not Save Encrypted Pages Setting' in the Security section. To change this setting:

Go to: Tools > Internet Options
Select the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the Security section and uncheck 'Do not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk' setting
